Carats Beach Cafe is one of those places that’s nice on a sunny day but feels a bit underwhelming otherwise. The breakfast roll is decent, and the views are lovely—if you can ignore the stormy weather. The staff are friendly, and you’ll find a good selection of grub. It’s a cozy spot, but don’t expect a culinary revelation. You come for the beach, not the food.
