Carricklane Coffee House just opened its doors, and honestly, they’ve hit the ground running. Trevor Cherry calls it the best coffee he's had in ages, smooth as a baby’s bottom with none of that bitter aftertaste that usually haunts lesser brews. The staff are apparently as friendly as a golden retriever, making it a spot where you can kick back and sip your way to caffeine bliss.
Colm Davidson wasn’t shy about loving the food either, hinting that it wasn’t just the coffee getting the five-star treatment. With a perfect hygiene rating, this place is practically begging you to swing by and give them your cash. Seriously, don’t be a mug – get over there and caffeinate.
