PALOMO is the kind of spot where you roll in for a family event and leave with newfound respect for lasagne. Catherine Marsden can’t get enough of their catering service, and Jade Potter is singing praises about the French toast and fruit. But it’s not all sunshine and rainbows; some folks have run into an owner whose charm is like a slap in the face. Louise Casey’s experience was a total vibe killer.
