Amazing food. Hygiene score you can forgive.
The food slaps and hygiene is "Good" β not perfect, but nothing to worry about. Go for it.
The Portmor is that mate who puts in the effort but occasionally misses the mark. The vibe is cozy, and the decor is all on point, but some dishes hit hard while others just hit the bottom of the freezer. Niall O'Hagan raved about the food and how friendly the staff are, but there are hints of inconsistency that canβt be ignored. Like, why serve a pizza that looks like it should be in a kidβs meal?
Itβs a mixed bag of experiences. On one hand, youβve got stunning decor and brilliant service from Amy, and on the other, you might encounter a cold staff member. The foodβs range is decent, but just remember to steer clear of the pizza unless youβre looking for disappointment. Worth a visit if youβre in the area, but keep your expectations in check.
"The new portmor is incredibly well finished."
"The food is top notch."
"The fillet steak with the bone marrow ragu 'Devine'."
