Cafe Pausa at Dunelm Mill is like your reliable friend who always shows up, but you’re never quite sure if they’ll bring snacks. The cleanliness is commendable, but the food and service can be hit or miss. Some days you get friendly staff and lovely desserts, and other days you’re left waiting like you’re in a hospital ER, wondering if someone got lost on their way to the kitchen.
With a vibe that’s cozy enough to make shopping breaks enjoyable, it’s not bad overall, but be prepared for some inconsistencies. If you’re in for a quick coffee and a slice of cake, you might luck out. Just don’t come here expecting to be treated like royalty.
