The food slaps and hygiene is "Good" — not perfect, but nothing to worry about. Go for it.
Paper Cup is that quaint café that feels more about the aesthetics than the wow factor. Sure, the coffee is good and the breakfast bagel is filling, but it's not going to redefine your morning routine. Robert had a decent experience, enjoying his vanilla latte, while Melissa was all about the friendly staff and the great bagels.
But with comfort lacking in the seating arrangements and a few mediocre reviews floating around about the vibe, it’s safe to say it’s average at best. If you’re near Titanic's doorstep and need a caffeine fix, this place will do the job but don’t expect to be blown away. ☕️
