Andrea, who just got her cataract surgery, was so impressed she felt like a million bucks.
But before you start thinking this is all sunshine and rainbows, let's not forget the parking situation. Disabled parking is basically a mythical creature here—great for those who can manage a hike up a hill post-surgery. Still, the stellar care you receive might just make you overlook the parking nightmare.
