Tier Achieved:
Good food, hygiene's had some notes. Probably fine.
The food's genuinely great and the hygiene issues are "Improvement Necessary" — not catastrophic. Worth a punt if you're not a germaphobe.
Gaijin Sushi is the kind of place that makes you reconsider your entire sushi life. With a cozy atmosphere and fresh, expertly crafted dishes, it’s a risk worth taking. The Gaijin Set seems to be the hero of the day, with sushi rolls that dance on your taste buds and sashimi that’s fresher than your last relationship. Plus, the chefs are so skilled they could probably carve sushi from ice and still make it look good.
The only potential downside is that it’s not the cleanest place, sitting at a hygiene tier of 3. So while you’re indulging, just remember to pray to the sushi gods that everything stays fresh and safe. But hey, if you’re feeling adventurous and in the mood for good food, roll the dice and dive in. Just maybe don’t check the hygiene rating until after your meal.
"One of the best sushi spots I’ve tried in the UK."
"Best sushi rolls and sashimi we’ve ever tasted."
"Thoughtful touch with a complimentary glass of bubbly."
