Peri Peri Pepper is the place you go when you want cheap, cheerful chicken but don’t mind a bit of chaos on the side. With a 4/5 hygiene rating, it’s a solid fuel stop, but don't expect Michelin star service. Kazi was thrilled with the value for money on the peri-peri chicken, and Omar Farooq found it to be a hit with the kids. But not all is smooth sailing—Raj Sohal and Ertugal Dohan had delivery woes, reporting missing items and greasy food.

The atmosphere is small and no-frills, more suited for takeout than dining in, which means if you’re after a sit-down experience, look elsewhere. The service can be hit or miss, and Manjit Kumari felt the staff's customer service skills left much to be desired. If you just want a quick bite, it’s fine, but don’t expect too much.
