Tier Achieved:
Mediocre energy. You'd probably do better cooking at home.
The epitome of "does the job." Safe enough, food's fine. But let's be honest — your kitchen's probably cleaner AND tastier.
Starr Cafe is your clean but slightly underwhelming local stop. The Deshi tea is a warm hug in a cup, thanks to Mr. Zakir. But hold your horses—don’t get too excited about the murgh pilau; it’s great, but they seem to run out of menu items more often than a bad sitcom. The staff are friendly, but it can feel like you’re playing a game of 'Where’s the waiter?' when you’re starving.
The good vibes are real, but those rude staff reviews are casting a shadow. If you want a decent meal without too much commitment, this is the place to sip tea and chill, but don’t expect culinary fireworks. Overall, it’s the food equivalent of a solid 6/10; nothing to write home about, but it won’t make you sick.
"Deshi tea was very nice."
"So big clean and impeccable service with a smile."
"Deshi Chai with Ghur is something you don’t want to miss."
