Nandos is your classic fiery chicken joint with no shortage of fans. The hygiene rating is a stellar 5/5, but the experience can be a bit like a box of chocolates—you never know what you’re gonna get when it comes to service. While Alison Crocker loved the vibrant atmosphere and speedy service, it seems others found the experience lacking. There’s something about the vibe that screams casual, with staff like Callum being the sunshine on a gloomy day.
Food-wise, you can expect solid dishes, but it’s the inconsistency in service that keeps it from being a must-visit. Great for a casual catch-up, just don’t set your expectations too high. It’s good, but not life-changing.
