Pink Moon is that quirky spot you didn't know you needed in your life. This cafe by day and bar by night is serving up more than just coffee; it’s a vibe. With fantastic music and a cozy atmosphere, it's like a hug in a cup. Dom Smith found it to be his new favorite, and honestly, it’s easy to see why. Their vegan dumplings and peach oolong tea are the stuff of dreams, making it perfect for a casual hangout with friends.
However, if you’re looking for more substantial meals, you might end up craving something after the small portions. Colin Lievens was all about the atmosphere but hinted that it could use more patrons to really come alive. If you’re in Brighton, get yourself to Pink Moon and soak in those good vibes. 🌙✨
