Biblos - Mezze Bar is a quirky spot that fuses Jamaican and Mediterranean flavors, and while they might be onto something, the execution doesn’t always hit the mark. Stu enjoyed the meaty challenge wrap, but be prepared for a wait—Matt has some patience if you want to enjoy the food.
Service can be spotty as well, with some patrons complaining about the gratuity before being served. There’s potential here if you’re looking for something different, but the inconsistency might leave you feeling a tad underwhelmed. If you can get past the speed bumps, it could be a fun lunch option.
