Costa Coffee is your reliable caffeine fix, but don’t expect it to be a five-star experience. Ellen was all about the friendly staff, especially Nathan the manager, who knows regulars’ orders by heart. The atmosphere is cozy enough for meetings, making it a decent work spot. However, some customers had less-than-stellar experiences with cleanliness and service. The complaints about dirty surfaces and poor service could be a dealbreaker for some.
If you just need a quick coffee and chill, this might do the job—but if you’re after perfection, it’s best to keep looking.
