The food slaps and hygiene is "Good" — not perfect, but nothing to worry about. Go for it.
It's Not Hot Pot is like the hot pot version of a choose-your-own-adventure book—but with slightly less chance of being eaten by a bear. Kwang Sujinno found his new favorite spot in Bristol, appreciating the streamlined menu and the speedy service. The broth and sesame sauce were a hit, delivering flavors that made tye boyce call them 'delicious' while he went all-in on frog legs and duck tongue.
However, while some are living their best hot pot life, Rafa Lobo had a different experience, describing his soup as 'extremely spicy' with all the flavor of a fire alarm. It seems like you either leave with a full belly and a happy heart or a scorched tongue and a desire to never see the inside of a hot pot again. It’s a gamble, but hey, sometimes you’ve got to roll the dice.
