JI The Chicken Shop is a wild card that could either be your new fave or a case of 'you get what you pay for.' The fried chicken thigh, as Tom raves, is seasoned to perfection and comes with those 'nicest chips' you’ll ever munch. But hold your horses; let’s not ignore the fact that some dishes are a culinary gamble. Irfan and Austin had a much less glamorous experience, with undercooked chicken and blandness that could rival a sad frozen dinner.
The vibes are lively and the service tends to be friendly, with Crystal noting how helpful staff were when deciding on flavor options. Just know you might be rolling the dice with your order. So, if you’re up for some exciting fried chicken adventures, this spot might just be calling your name.
