MOKOKO

Mokoko is a clean and well-designed café that slays with its pastries. You’ve got to try their fresh-baked goodies—those pastries are so good they should come with a warning. Mert Acar raves about the coffee, and honestly, who doesn’t love a caffeine fix served with a smile? While the ham and cheese croissant is a solid breakfast starter, the pistachio ganache pastries are the real MVPs, better than anything you'd find in Paris, or so they say. Just remember, it gets busy—so arrive early if you want to snag a seat.

But not everyone is on the Mokoko hype train. A couple of souls left feeling less than impressed, mentioning cold coffee and unclean tables. Sabia Omeed and icmp 30 had a rough ride with their drinks, which had all the flavor of dishwater. So, while Mokoko has some high-flying hits, there are a few misses that might make you second guess your morning pastry run.
