No.12 Easton is what I’d call a lovely little haven for those who appreciate a decent brunch without the pretentiousness. The owners are as charming as the decor, which is cozy and inviting enough to make you want to linger over your coffee longer than necessary. Rachel raved about the attentive service, which is great, because no one likes waiting for their breakfast like it’s the second coming of the messiah.
The loaded hash browns are a standout dish that’s generated some buzz, even if the service timing could use a touch of finesse. You might be made to wait a bit, but when the food finally arrives, you’ll be glad you did. This is your classic safe bet spot: nothing earth-shattering, but solid enough to earn a repeat visit.
