Pot Pot Malatang is a spicy little haven for noodle lovers, and if you’re in Bristol, you need to pay attention. The broth is a flavor explosion, and David Robertson was all over that spicy beef combo like it was his last meal. The self-serve sauce station is a fun twist, and with the variety of ingredients, you can customize your perfect bowl of comfort.
But be warned—Haneul Choi thought the authenticity might be a bit off, and the tables are a close-knit affair which could feel cozy or claustrophobic, depending on your waistline. Still, if you’re in for a lively, flavorful experience with a bit of spice, Pot Pot Malatang is your place. Just be prepared to bump elbows with fellow diners.
