Take a Break feels like a family-run café with a heart, but it’s got a few bumps along the way. F Ibrah loved the hospitality but found the food greasy enough to fuel a small army. Chrysanthos had a dessert binge that was a solid 10/10, especially the crepes. Olga claimed it was a cozy spot for Greek snacks and homemade cakes, yet the staff swings from friendly to downright rude. Some customers felt like they were kicked out for breathing wrong. It’s a mixed bag, honestly. Go for the crepes and sweet treats, but maybe avoid eye contact with the old man who runs the show.
