The Great British Takeaway is a classic chippy that’s had its fair share of ups and downs. While Anthony Wood rates it highly for its revived chips, others have had less dreamy experiences. The new owners seem to have taken a swing at redemption, but the greasy, undercooked food left some diners feeling queasy.
