The Old Stillage is a pub that wears its heart on its sleeve—great vibes, friendly staff, and pizza that’ll make you forget your ex. The Sunday roast is a crowd-pleaser too. It’s the kind of place where you can roll in with friends, expect hearty portions, and leave with a full belly. The chef, Tomaso, seems to be the culinary magician behind the pizza, and we salute him for that.
However, not every visit is perfect. Some diners have reported a mixed bag when it comes to their roasts, suggesting that consistency might not be their strong suit. It’s still a solid choice overall, especially if you’re looking for a cozy spot to unwind with a pint and a slice (or two) of pizza.
