The food slaps and hygiene is "Good" — not perfect, but nothing to worry about. Go for it.
Tortilla is your go-to for quick, fresh Mexican fare, but it’s not without its flaws. With staff like Aga providing service that’s on point, it’s hard not to love the experience when the burritos and tacos hit the right notes. The ingredients are fresh, and the atmosphere is relaxed, even if the seating arrangements feel a bit off.
However, several diners have had less-than-ideal experiences with orders gone wrong, especially with missing ingredients. So, while it’s a decent stop for a quick bite, just make sure you’re double-checking your order, or you might end up with a beef bowl that’s all rice and no beef. That’s a real recipe for disappointment.
