The food is decent, and they’ve got a solid crew—shout out to Kris for treating my mate’s guide dog like royalty with some tasty pigs in blankets. The three-course set menu for Father’s Day was a hit, with everyone loving the starters, though the roast potatoes could’ve used a bit more crunch, according to Shereen. Overall, you won’t leave feeling robbed, but don’t expect a Michelin star here. Just a solid lunch spot if you’re in the area and need a bite without any drama.
It's clean as a whistle, but you might get a side of food poisoning if you're not careful—Ela's chicken and rice was a bit dodgy. So, tread lightly. The vibe is friendly, and the service is on point, but it's not going to make your taste buds dance like they’re at a rave. It exists, and that's about it.
