Tier Achieved:
Clean. Reliable. Does the job.
The "lights out missionary" of food. Spotless kitchen, decent grub. Won't blow your mind, won't disappoint.
Scotts Kitchen is like that friend who always tries too hard to impress but ends up being a bit bland. Jenni Bean loves the vibe and the service, but her breakfast was just decent—like they tried to recreate a classic but forgot to add the flavor. Max Spreadborough raves about the nachos, but with a mix of glowing and mediocre reviews, it’s clear that consistency isn’t their strong suit.
The garden is a nice touch, especially for summer, but with complaints about high prices and underwhelming cakes, it’s hard to say if Scotts Kitchen is worth your time. If you end up here, maybe stick to the coffee and nachos and skip the rest.
"Delightful, bright and welcoming independent cafe."
"Had the most delicious nachos."
"Best breakfast experience today."
