Tier Achieved:
Amazing food. Hygiene score you can forgive.
The food slaps and hygiene is "Good" โ not perfect, but nothing to worry about. Go for it.
Rectory Farm Tea Rooms is the warm hug of festive tea experiences. You walk into a twinkly room, greeted by a lovely lady (the owner, I suspect) who serves up brie, cranberry, and grape sandwiches that hit the sweet spot. The location is as stunning as the holiday vibes, making it the perfect backdrop for an afternoon tea. Dogs even get pampered with pup ice creams, so you know this place is doing something right.
The cream tea is a standout, with scones that practically melt in your mouth and a selection of jams that would make any jam lover weep with joy. The staff clearly love what they do, and it's contagious. If you're in the area, consider this your new tea stop. Just don't tell too many people; we like to keep our cozy spots a bit exclusive.
