Madeleine's is a cafe that exists in the realm of average, with a hygiene rating that’s 5-star but a Google score of 4.1. Martin and Joey seem to think it’s a charming spot for breakfast, but others have had mixed experiences. Sure, the vegetarian full breakfast looks great, and the coffee gets thumbs up, but the service seems to have its off days—especially when it rains. The staff are friendly when they show up, but you might find the manager’s attitude could use a little polish.
It’s not the worst place you could end up, but don’t be surprised if your expectations and reality misalign. If you want a decent cup of coffee and a bite, you could do worse. Just don’t expect the stars to align every time you visit. ☕
