Tier Achieved:
Good food, hygiene's had some notes. Probably fine.
The food's genuinely great and the hygiene issues are "Improvement Necessary" — not catastrophic. Worth a punt if you're not a germaphobe.
Curry Leaf/South Indian Kitchen is one of those places where the food tells a story, and judging by the reviews, it’s a spicy page-turner. Suathi was blown away by the Chicken Chilly and Prawns Biryani, claiming it’s among the best in town. Hrithik was equally impressed, declaring their Prawns Biryani the stuff legends are made of—he’s not wrong.
The only catch? The hygiene rating is sitting on a shaky 3, which means you’re going in for a potentially wild ride. It might not be the cleanest option, but the food could justify the risk. Just keep your fingers crossed that the chef isn’t having an off day, or you might be singing a different tune after your meal. Roll the dice if you’re feeling lucky; just don’t say we didn’t warn you.
"One of the best Chicken Chilly dishes I’ve had in town!"
"Absolutely blown away, especially by their Prawns Biryani."
"Every dish had the perfect balance of spices and heat."
