KFC on Imperial Road is like that friend who’s great in theory but a little iffy in practice. Hygiene is a solid 5/5, but let's talk about the food and service. Sure, you can expect a crispy chicken fix, but the experience often falls flat like a soggy chip. One unfortunate diner had a date with disappointment after being told they couldn't be served just before closing; another was practically laughed at by staff while waiting for their meal. Not cool.
Still, there are glimmers of hope. Some folks have had decent meals with friendly service, like the young lad Toby who guided Mike through the menu. But with so many complaints about rude staff and incorrect orders, it's a gamble whether you'll leave with a smile or a frown. 🍗
