Village Pizza and Burger Ltd is stuck in that awkward middle ground where the food might be great but the service is a total train wreck. Stephen Bassett was practically singing praises about the best burger he's had in ages, but then along comes Steven Gauld, who can’t even place an order because the website is as dysfunctional as a broken record. Talk about a mixed experience.
With a perfect hygiene score, you can be sure it’s clean, but if you can’t get the food, what’s the point? If they could just iron out their service issues, this could actually be a top-tier burger joint instead of just a passing thought in your mind.
