Shimmer Bakes is the kind of spot that feels like a cozy blanket on a chilly day—hygiene is sparkling at 5 stars and the cakes are the real stars of the show. Isla Shackleton couldn’t get enough of the slow-cooked pork jacket potato, while Raine Johnson is practically a cheerleader for the bakes, shouting ‘you’re amazing’ to Shannon for her delectable treats.
However, not everyone is impressed; Olivia Goody found herself left hanging outside the shop, waiting for a staff member to acknowledge her existence.
