The food slaps and hygiene is "Good" — not perfect, but nothing to worry about. Go for it.
Shimla is like that restaurant you recommend but also cringe at the thought of what could go wrong. The decor is on point, and the food can be a delight, but the service appears to have some serious consistency issues. Nishad and David were singing praises of the tasty veg options, but others have had experiences that suggest the chef might need a refresher on cooking chicken.
If you’re in Eastbourne and fancy a curry, it might be worth a shot, but keep your expectations in check. Just make sure your meat is cooked properly – I’d recommend bringing a thermometer, just in case.
