The food slaps and hygiene is "Good" — not perfect, but nothing to worry about. Go for it.
Eat On The Green is like that friend who’s nice but doesn’t quite stand out at parties. Located near the Exeter Cathedral, it’s a decent pitstop for coffee and a meal. You’ll find a coffee shop vibe and a menu that ranges from breakfasts to sandwiches, all of which are solid but not groundbreaking. Lucy and Megan found it while wandering around and were pleased with the quick service and tasty food, but it’s the kind of place you won’t rave about.
The outdoor seating is a pleasant bonus, especially if you’re dodging the crowds at the Christmas market. It’s comfy and the staff are friendly, but if you’re hoping for something extraordinary, you’ll find it somewhere else. It exists, it’s fine, and sometimes that’s all you need.
