The food slaps and hygiene is "Good" — not perfect, but nothing to worry about. Go for it.
IKEA Exeter’s restaurant is a bit like that friend who’s always late but somehow brings snacks: it’s comforting but not stellar. The meatballs and lingonberry sauce are the show-stoppers here, but they’re on a slippery slope between nostalgia and monotony. You come for the iconic Swedish experience, but don’t expect a Michelin star.
The staff are friendly enough, and you’ll probably be able to roll your trolley right up to the food bar. Just don’t expect a culinary awakening; you’re here for the meatballs, not a life-changing experience. But hey, at least it’s clean and the food’s decent, right? 😐
