Route 2 Café & Apartments is a solid choice if you’re looking for a clean eatery with decent food. With a hygiene rating of 5/5, you can chow down without a worry. Beth Daw celebrated a family birthday here and couldn’t stop raving about the piping hot, delicious food served to a group of ten, which is quite a feat. Amelia Mciver found the staff accommodating even when their party grew from 15 to 19, making it a perfect place for larger gatherings.
While the food and service are top-notch, not everyone has had a perfect experience. Julia Dymock had her vegetarian sausage sandwich dreams crushed when she received a bizarre vegetable finger sandwich instead. So, it’s hit or miss, but overall, it’s a safe bet for a casual meal. Just stick to the regular menu. 🍽️🎉
