The food slaps and hygiene is "Good" — not perfect, but nothing to worry about. Go for it.
Palettes and Pastries is one of those places that thrives on the brunch scene but doesn’t really stand out. The food gets praise for its taste and portions, but if you're looking for something unique, you might want to keep scrolling. The coffee gets a nod too, but nothing here is setting the world on fire.
Plenty of friendly faces behind the counter, especially Saru and Martin, who seem to be winning hearts with their customer service. It’s cute enough, and if you’re in the area, it might suffice for brunch, but it’s a common spot in the sea of brunch options London has to offer. Overall, a decent place to fill your belly, but you'll walk away without a lasting impression.
