The Coal House Café is flying under the radar as a quaint little spot on the reservoir, but don’t let its charm fool you—it's more about the scenery than the menu. Dario and Eva both enjoyed the beautiful setting and kinship of the staff, but when it comes to the food, the reviews are a mixed bag. Leah savored every bite, but others found the offerings a bit limited and even a tad lacking in flavor.
It’s clean and has a nice atmosphere, but it lacks the wow factor to make you want to come back. If you’re nearby, it’s worth a quick stop, but don’t go out of your way. A good choice for a coffee and a snack, but that’s about it. ☕️🌊
