🏠 The Three Crowns 175 Stoke Newington High Street, Hackney, N16 0LH
Tier Achieved:
Clean. Reliable. Does the job.
The "lights out missionary" of food. Spotless kitchen, decent grub. Won't blow your mind, won't disappoint.
The Three Crowns is your classic North London pub that’s got decent food and an atmosphere that’s perfect for casual hangouts. Luke was all about those propa pies, and the live jazz adds a nice touch to the weekend vibe. The staff is friendly, but like most pubs, there's a bit of a waiting game involved, as Tamas found out with his outstanding wine list.
It’s a mixed bag when it comes to food; Heather enjoyed a Sunday roast, while Alison was left disappointed with her overcooked beef. It’s not fancy dining, but it’s comforting and familiar. Perfect for a bite with mates or catching the footy, just don’t expect haute cuisine.
"Propa pies and propa filling."
"Outstanding wine list."
"Classic North London pub."
