The food slaps and hygiene is "Good" — not perfect, but nothing to worry about. Go for it.
Mikawa is the cozy Japanese spot that’s doing a whole lot right. Cindy Sy was all in on the vegan ramen, calling it rich and flavorful, and Helga Brokke loved it enough to visit twice. It’s like a warm hug after a long day.
But not everything is peachy—the service can be a bit slow, and some diners found the atmosphere could be improved. Still, if you’re in the mood for authentic Japanese cuisine, Mikawa is worth a visit. Just don’t be in a rush, or you might end up waiting for your delicious food.
