Karters Cafe is the kind of joint where you roll in with your family and dog and leave feeling a bit too full but entirely satisfied. The All Day Breakfast is a crowd-pleaser with its hefty portions of bacon and black pudding that had David Walker raving about its quality. Kelly, the star server, gets a shoutout for making the experience even warmer. But not everyone is singing its praises—Angela got a cheese toastie that was, well, wetter than a soggy biscuit, and Mick was less than impressed with his greasy breakfast experience.
Still, the overall vibe here is cozy and friendly, with plenty of options on the menu. For those who want a solid feed without too much drama, this cafe is a reliable choice. Just maybe steer clear of the toasties unless you fancy a salad shower.
