Elif Kitchen is trying hard to be the cute little café you want to love, and honestly, it’s not bad. Hygiene is pristine, and you'll find friendly service waiting for you. The food can be a delight; the Turkish coffee and breakfast dishes are getting some fantastic buzz. But others find it a bit of a letdown, especially with inconsistent menu items and some questionable pricing that might make you wince.
