Greedy Fish and Chips is the kind of place that promises a great time but delivers a mixed bag. The fish is crispy and the chips are generous, but then there's the occasional complaint about overpriced, sad-looking dishes. The cod is said to be flaky, but one review had the audacity to call the haddock tasteless and the customer service 'nonexistent.' Seriously, how hard is it to fry fish right?
But don’t let that deter you completely; if you roll the dice right, you might just walk away with a plate of goodness—just ask Empress of London, who claims it’s the best fish and chips in East London. Just be ready to dodge the odd disappointment, and maybe keep your expectations gingerly low. At least the staff seem friendly enough, which is half the battle won. 🐟🍟
