Mem's Cafe is the kind of place you want to hit up after a night out. It’s got that classic English breakfast vibe down to a T. Zoe Scourtes came in for her first full English, and she left happy, which says a lot. The service is friendly, the prices are reasonable, and the food comes out quick—exactly what you want when you’re nursing a hangover.
