Paya is a takeaway spot with the potential to be outstanding but can miss the mark just as easily. Charlotte Milano and Pelin Karabulut raved about the quick delivery and delicious noodles, while S G found it to be a reliable choice for local takeaway. But then you have Klaudia Sienko, whose pad Thai was a soggy disaster that could have used a flavor intervention. It's a bit of a gamble—sometimes you’ll hit the jackpot, and other times you’ll wonder why you even bothered.
