Costa in BB5 is like your reliable mate who’s always there but doesn’t really bring the party. It’s clean and the staff are friendly as Raja points out, but it’s just another Costa. H Matthew’s right about the vegan biscoff cheesecake being a win, but that’s not exactly groundbreaking, is it? It’s coffee shop basics, just executed well.

However, not everyone’s on board with the Costa experience. Jamie and Hafs share horror stories about rude staff and wrong orders, which makes you wonder if management left the building. So, it’s a safe pitstop, but don’t expect anything flashy or groundbreaking. If you find yourself in the area, you’ll be just fine, but maybe keep your expectations in check.
