My Favourite Cafe is the kind of place you stumble into when you’re in need of comfort food that won’t break the bank. Simon Lord swears by their Full English breakfast, saying it hits the spot every time. The vibe is straightforward, no pretentious nonsense, just solid food and great portions. It’s a workman’s cafe, and if you’re after a good feed without the fuss, you’ll find it here.
It’s not without its flaws, though. Some have had issues with orders getting mixed up, and a few brave souls decided to take on the burnt bagel challenge. But overall, it’s reliable if you’re in the area and just need something to fill the gap without any frills.
