Clean. Reliable. Does the job.
The "lights out missionary" of food. Spotless kitchen, decent grub. Won't blow your mind, won't disappoint.
Beluga is a Persian restaurant that’s trying really hard to be luxurious but falls a bit flat. Sure, the interior is fancy and the atmosphere is nice, but the food experience is a mixed bag. While some dishes, like the kebabs and mezze, were said to be 'melt-in-the-mouth delicious' by GabsyK, others found the mixed grill slightly underwhelming. And let's be real, if you’re heading in for a birthday celebration like Bedia had, you expect a bit of pizazz, not a mediocre birthday experience. Still, the saffron ice cream is a sweet way to end the meal, and the staff are friendly enough to make you feel welcome, even if the food doesn't quite measure up to the hype.
So, if you're in the mood for a place that’ll make you feel all classy and stuff while you chow down on Persian delights, Beluga might just do the trick. But if you’re a food critic at heart, you might find yourself wishing for a bit more flavor in the mix.
"The food was absolutely amazing, packed with flavors that delight the palate."
"Perfectly grilled kebabs... melt-in-the-mouth tender."
"Food is authentic, delicious and makes you feel at home."
