The "lights out missionary" of food. Spotless kitchen, decent grub. Won't blow your mind, won't disappoint.
San Carlo is like that friend who’s always up for a good time, but sometimes just a little too eager. The food had some folks singing praises, especially the burrata and truffle ravioli. Kate and Emma had their minds blown by the service, with Rajesh and Roberto winning the hospitality lottery. Ghada had a lovely dinner, but you might have to overlook the occasional hiccup in the kitchen. It’s a solid spot to chow down, even if it’s not going to rock your world.
