The Park Tower Knightsbridge is more like a warm hug than a restaurant. Every review gushes over the staff, from Sasha to Rustam, all making guests feel like royalty. EISA ALDAH felt genuinely appreciated during their stay, making it a haven for anyone looking for a pampered experience. The food? It’s decent, but don’t go expecting a Michelin star; more like a solid home-cooked meal.
However, the hotel’s check-in experience seems to be the Achilles' heel. TQ Leader and Fatima SM got stuck in a booking disaster that left them out in the cold. If you can overlook potential hiccups in the booking process, this place could be a charming stay. Just make sure you have a backup plan in case your room isn’t ready. 😐
