Tier Achieved:
Amazing food. Hygiene score you can forgive.
The food slaps and hygiene is "Good" — not perfect, but nothing to worry about. Go for it.
The Sea is the seafood lover’s dream—if you don’t mind a few hiccups along the way. Sergio Valentini calls it incredible, and the depth of flavors has got his heart singing. Carol Tsang had a similarly divine experience, especially with the sea urchin. But not everyone is on the same page; Michael Kelley felt the execution was lacking despite an inspiring menu. If you're coming here, expect some stunning dishes but pack your patience for service.
It’s a chic little spot with a lovely ambiance, but depending on the night, you might feel more like a sardine than a fine catch. The fresh seafood is undeniably good, but when you’re paying a premium, you expect things to be smooth sailing. 🐟
